Hi. My name is Whitney, and my mission is to empower people to access strength and athleticism.

Working with a personal trainer is not reserved for elite athletes! Athleticism is accessible to everyone through improving overall strength, mobility, and balance.

I believe we need trainers that won’t assume that we’re coming for training support solely to lose weight. We need more judgement-free, weight-neutral, and non-diet support.

FELT Fitness is located in a former physical therapy gym space which allows for comfortable one-on-one private coaching sessions. The training space has soft foam tiles for ground movements and hard rubber flooring for lifting weights. I look forward to helping my clients train hard, train smart, and enjoy the process.

We will work together to first identify your goals and current abilities, then develop a plan to help you work towards those goals.

Reminder: if we all ate and exercised “exactly” the same way, our bodies would still look different. Body diversity is normal.
